		Cornerstone Restoration installed siding, soffit, fascia and gutters on our home late in 2006. When getting bids we were concerned about the cost and inconvenience from noise, clutter and such. We were very happily surprised that Cornerstone not only had a great low price with top of the line material but did the job in just a few days with very minimal disruption. It looks great! While onsite it was discovered that our roof had hail damage. I contacted my insurance company and they sent out an adjuster. The adjuster confirmed that there was hail damage but agreed only to replace the back slope of the roof. Obviously we were not happy. Bill from Cornerstone offered to meet with the adjuster again to discuss the damage. After Bill and the adjuster meet onsite the insurance company agreed to replace the whole roof. Thanks Bill! Again Cornerstone did an outstanding job, tearing off and replacing the roof in only two days. Our house looks like new from top to bottom. It still looks great almost a year later. I only wish I had heard of them earlier as I had an awful experience with a different roofing company 2 years ago. Thanks Bill and the entire Cornerstone Restoration team of professionals! 		The roof that Cornerstone replaced had been on the house since 1991. Like most homeowners, I don't know a whole lot about roofs, and felt somewhat vulnerable in talking with roofing professionals who do this for a living. We had other roofing companies give us an estimate on the job, but most of them did a "walk around" and estimated the total square footage of the roof and then had a computer program to spit out an estimate. Of course, each proposal contained a disclaimer that the contractor would not be able to determine additional damage until the job was underway, and they also said that they had "a little room" in their cost. After having that treatment from your competitors, I really appreciated the time that you spent with me during your first visit to our house. You took time to tell me how you would develop the job estimate and also to discuss the different levels of materials and the warranties that accompanied each. After inspecting our roof, you took time again to point out specific areas that appeared to be more distressed and also included a plan to fix the spots that needed extra attention. The proposal that you gave us was very clear and straightforward and outlined not only a cost estimate, but also a concise but thorough description of the scope of work to be performed. Once we authorized Cornerstone Restoration to perform the work, there was clear and ongoing communication as respects when the project would start and end. During the work, you also communicated to give us status reports on how things were going and to confirm that the job would be completed when promised and within the estimated cost. All things considered, my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work, the timeliness of the job completion and the great appearance of our roof. We will recommend Cornerstone Restoration to our neighbors and friends who need roofing and would certainly want to use Cornerstone again when we have additional home restoration work to be performed. 		We were victims of hail and wind damage. I was dealing with the insurance company and they were making me crazy. We received little cooperation from the insurance adjuster assigned to our claim. We contacted Cornerstone Restoration and met with Mr. Quillman to explain our frustrations with the insurance company. He suggested that we allow him to be our spokesperson with the adjuster. One quick call to the insurance company giving my permission for them to discuss our claim with Mr. Quillman and my headaches were over. It was smooth sailing from that day on.
